Fees
– My fee for therapy is $150.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes).
– I accept all credit, debit, FSA and HSA cards for payment.
– In order to protect the privacy of my clients, I do not accept insurance. However, I will provide a superbill upon request for clients who would like to file a claim themselves for reimbursement.
– Cancellation fees: The full session fee of $150.00 will be charged for appointments cancelled same day. To avoid this fee, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel. All cancellation fees must be paid prior to another session being scheduled. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations.
